A. Information You Provide
- Application Details: email address, Reddit username, country of residence, and any optional details you share during onboarding.
- Payout & Tax Information (Approved Contributors): collected through our payments processor (Stripe Connect). We do not store full bank or tax document numbers on our servers.
- Communications: messages you send us by email, form, or in-app messaging.
B. Public Reddit Data
When you submit a Reddit username, we use publicly available information about that account (account age, karma totals, post/comment history) to evaluate your application. We do not attempt to access private Reddit account data and do not request your Reddit password.
C. Information We Collect Automatically
- Usage Data: IP address, device/OS, browser, pages viewed, referring pages, timestamps, approximate geolocation, and similar analytics signals.
- Cookies & Similar Tech: first- and third-party cookies for analytics, performance, and conversion measurement.
3) How We Use Information
- To evaluate applications, verify Reddit account history, and approve qualified Contributors.
- To match approved Contributors with paid briefs and process weekly payouts.
- To detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, abuse, or terms-of-service violations.
- To improve the Site and Services, measure ad performance, and communicate with you about your application or account.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.
4) How We Share Information
We never share your Reddit username, full identity, or other personally identifying information with brand clients or the public. Brands see anonymized contributor metadata only (e.g., approved delivery, performance signals).
We may share information with:
- Service Providers: payment processors (Stripe), email/CRM, analytics, fraud prevention, and infrastructure vendors acting on our behalf.
- Legal/Compliance: when required by law, subpoena, or to protect rights, safety, or property.
- Corporate Transactions: in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate confidentiality protections.
We do not sell personal information.
5) Data Retention
We retain application data for as long as your account is active, plus a reasonable period to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Inactive applications are purged after 24 months unless retention is required by law.

We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Services are not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. Contributors must be 18 or older.
